    .Vegetarian foods are not equally healthy and proven harmful
    Most nutritional studies classify vegetarian diets simply as being vegan or fat-free, so all plant-based foods are treated equally. The unique aspect of these studies was that they examined the type of plant foods consumed, and also because of the full amount. Healthy plant products were mainly the least amount of foods, such as fruits, ,whole grains, vegetables, olive oil, nuts, etc ... Unhealthy plant-based products were made from juices, refined grains, potatoes, sweetened beverages and any kind of desserts
    Studies have examined the relationship between the number and quality of plant foods and heart health over a 10-year period. When it comes to high-quality plant-based foods, healthy options are associated with maintaining normal markers, blood fats and blood sugar. In contrast, eating unhealthy plant foods has been linked to the cue, higher blood lipids, and higher blood sugar. These relationships were stronger for women than for men, as they have an effect on humans in general, and the effect differs from men to women
    In 2001 and 2002, the study randomly selected a sample of Athens-based adults who had no cardiovascular or other chronic disease. This analysis was performed on 146 obese participants with normal markers, lipids and blood glucose. The diet was assessed using a questionnaire on habitual habits for the previous year. It listed 156 foods and drinks commonly consumed in Greece, with images to help identify portion sizes
    Within a decade, half of these obese participants had high blood lipids, signaling, and high blood sugar - a combination that was particularly dangerous to heart health
    Men who ate more plant foods were less likely to have this deterioration in health. This tactic was also observed in women, but did not reach statistical significance
