Hospitals have reached their capacity limit in Greece and schools have closed due to Corona
Greece announced the closure of primary schools, nurseries and childcare centers due to the high number of Coronavirus cases, and government hospitals were filled to their capacity.
The Greek Minister of Health said in a statement that the government decided to suspend schools until November 30, and that closing primary schools was the last thing we wanted to do, and this indicates the seriousness of the situation.
Most of the countries of Europe have left schools open despite the spread of the second wave of Corona, since late last October, the number of Corona in Greece has doubled four times, with injuries reaching 3000 cases per day and deaths to 50 cases.
The head of the Greek government said that the coming weeks would be very critical and that Parliament was to inform MPs about the second closure decisions.
The ban began on Friday evening, from nine in the evening to five in the morning, across the country.
